The Casino Behind 365CUCI, and What It Pays Out

365CUCI is an everyday casino built around one idea: you should be able to take money out whenever you want it, as often as you want it, and it should cost you nothing. 3,650+ games, 26 studios, RM30 to get in and about six minutes to get paid.

What the name means

365 is the days of the year and cuci is how a Malaysian says cashing out. Put together they are the whole promise: a withdrawal every day if you want one, cleared in about six minutes, with no fee and no limit on how many you make. It is a promise about speed and frequency, never about size, and it is the one thing on this site that does not change from page to page.

What is on the floor

Six rooms on one ringgit wallet: 2,400+ reels, 140 live dealer tables, a fishing hall, an arcade corner, the 4D board and a sportsbook. 26 studios supply the games and six sportsbooks supply the prices. About half the shelf is H5, so it runs in a browser with nothing installed.

Nothing has to be transferred between the rooms and a win in any of them lands in the same balance. The 365CUCI casino floor plan shows what sits where.

Who tests it

Game builds are certified by iTech Labs, BMM Testlabs and Gaming Laboratories International, which test the random number generator and confirm the published return figures against what the build actually does. A certificate covers a build rather than a brand, so an updated title is tested again.

Account access is screened by iovation and ThreatMetrix, and payment traffic runs over an encrypted connection. Card details are never stored against an account.

Where it is licensed

The licence is an offshore one. No Malaysian authority issues a licence for an online casino, so this operator does not claim one, and the regulator named in the footer is a foreign regulator. The statutes that apply in this market are the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953.

Accounts are for people aged 21 and over, and age is confirmed from an identity document at the first withdrawal.

How to reach us

Live chat, Telegram and WhatsApp are answered around the clock in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. A cashier question is usually resolved inside the chat; anything that needs the ledger is escalated and answered the same day.

The quickest route to a person is the support tab in the bottom bar. The 365CUCI login details and the hours for each channel are on the contact page.
